i found that the hotel offered complimentary water in the room. the water filling stations were also a great bonus.
i found the breakfast service a little slow , especially when it came to refilling items.

The location was super convenient. Termini station was very close!!! i could easily walk to many places. the staff was friendly and so helpful. i especially liked the rooftop bar. The views were lovely.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. The staff was consistently helpful throughout my stay. Taxis arrived VERY quickly when ordered from the front desk, a huge plus. The hotel maintained an high level of cleanliness, I appreciated that so much.
I did find only one electric socket in the entire room. I had to unplug lamps to charge my devices.

The hotel features fast wifi, which helped with my work needs. clean rooms are guaranteed for every guest. A mini store nearby adds extra convenience for any traveler. The Roma Termini Station is only 10 minutes away.

Every member of staff was so courteous and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Staff in the breakfast room were especially attentive, they offered fresh cappuccino. The rooftop bar provides a lovely way to unwind.

The hotel's location is convenient. Papal Basilica St Mary Majore is only a five-minute walk from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and mini stores just around the corner to discover.
